We welcome Magos Irrigation Systems in our offices in Zaragoza

A few days ago, coinciding with the celebration of FIMA 2024, we received in our offices in Zaragoza the Magos Irrigation Systems team and a group of installers and farmers interested in implementing SPHERAG technology in their farms in Portugal.  

Magos Irrigation Systems is a leading Portuguese company in irrigation systems installations that is committed to innovation and technology as an essential tool to improve irrigation performance and increase farmers’ profitability.

Face-to-face training at SPHERAG’s offices

The visit allowed us to develop a training on the optimization of the functionalities of the SPHERAG platform and the incredible possibilities it offers for the optimal management of such a scarce resource as water.   

Our colleague, Álvaro Velasco, showed them how programming, monitoring and controlling the irrigation of a crop is very easy with our solution. From any device (computer, cell phone or tablet) the farmer can open and close valves, control flow rates and pressures, receive alerts in case of incidents in the irrigation installation, etc. 

Active listening helps us to grow

These visits are doubly enriching, because communication is bidirectional: in addition to providing training, we have the opportunity to learn first-hand about the experience and concerns of the end users of our solution. This invaluable information helps us to correctly direct the focus, and to develop and implement new functionalities that respond to the real needs of farmers.
