We have designed a comprehensive solution for efficient water management based on a cloud platform that uses autonomous, compact, solar-powered IoT devices to receive information, program the opening and closing of valves, and control irrigation devices remotely and in real time.
Our service offers specific solutions for different types of users: small farmers, large agricultural operations, irrigation communities, and urban water management infrastructures (smart cities).
Is my data secure with SPHERAG?
At SPHERAG, we take the privacy and security of our customers’ data very seriously.
Our platform securely stores information associated with each user in the cloud, where only the registered user has access.
We are part of an ambitious AWS (Amazon Web Services) project as global preferred testers, and our devices feature authentication and encrypted communication to ensure their unbreakable security.
What level of technical knowledge do I need to install an Atlas device?
Atlas devices are easy to install, and registering and configuring them within the platform is very intuitive.
You can carry out the installation yourself and, if you need it, you can count on the help of our support service. In addition, you have at your disposal an efficient network of distributors and installers who will provide you with personalized advice and assistance whenever you need it.
Is device maintenance complex or costly?
Maintaining Atlas devices is very simple: you only need to keep the integrated solar panel clean for optimal performance.
At SPHERAG, we perform daily predictive maintenance on our fleet of installed devices to proactively detect potential deviations or erratic behavior in real time.
Can I see the data in real time?
ATLAS devices take sensor readings in the field and transfer them to the cloud. Users can also control irrigation elements in real time and remotely from any type of device: computer, tablet, or smartphone.
What types of sensors can I connect to the ATLAS device?
Our Atlas devices are highly versatile and can read I2C, 4-20 mA, or SDI-12 sensors, both our own and those from other manufacturers.
Are Atlas devices designed to remain installed outdoors?
That’s right, Atlas devices are designed for indoor and outdoor installation and communication. They are waterproof and compact, the solar panel is integrated into the housing, and they can withstand adverse weather conditions.
Does SPHERAG provide services in areas with low coverage?
Atlas devices include three connectivity options: LTE-M, NB-IoT, and EGPRS, allowing you to choose the one that offers the best coverage in each specific location.
Each Atlas device has its own modem and SIM card, and connects directly to the server using the telephone network. This guarantees the best connectivity anywhere in the world, no matter how remote.
